about

The fourth release on Santoku Records marks the introduction of the label’s prefered style of Dubstep: deep and funky. The title track Groove Rider is a smooth, funky, and melodic track, layered with dubby delayed sounds, luscious pads, and catchy guitar lines played by Logam.

Logam & TL are a diverse duo who have releases on Speedsound, Public Records, Betamorph Recordings, and Subhuman. They have
collaborated with the likes of Mayhem and Bare, held the Staff Picks charts on Beatport for more than a month with their release on Betamorph, and have won multiple remix competitions with various styles of Dubstep. With this release, Logam & TL demonstrate once more that they are a production duo
who are not limited by sub genres.

Partnering up with new found friend Vax, Logam hashes out yet another groove oriented Dubstep track for the fip of this release; this time with a more minimal approach. Hydrate vibes with pulsing bass lines, echoed foley sounds, stabby synth melodies, and features Logam again on guitar.

Vax has had releases on Gradient Audio and Cut Records, all of which have held the Staff Picks charts on Digital Tunes. He is also a regular on the internet radio show Sub FM and has continuous DJ support from
Conscious Pilot of Play Me Records.
